How soon should I book?
We recommend 2–4 weeks for portraits, and 3–6 months for weddings. That said, last-minute bookings are welcome subject to availability — don't hesitate to enquire.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 30% retainer secures your date. It's non-refundable but fully transferable if you reschedule within 7 days. Balance is due on or before shoot day.
How long until I receive my photos?
Fully edited images are delivered within 24–48 hours via a private online gallery. Same-day delivery of selected images is available as an add-on.
Can you travel outside Nairobi?
Absolutely. We have photographers in Mombasa, Nyeri, Nakuru, and Thika. We also travel nationwide on request — travel costs are quoted separately.
What if the weather is bad?
We monitor forecasts and reach out 24 hours ahead. Free rescheduling for weather cancellations, or we can pivot to our Westlands studio as a backup.
How many photos will I receive?
Essentials: 50+, Premium: 150+, Full Day: 300+. All are individually retouched and colour-corrected. We don't deliver unedited raws as standard.
